Gardener's Delight
Since moving into this house some 5 years ago now, I've had this vision of a garden stocked with fruit and veggies, chickens scratching about and me pottering about in a greenhouse. I am excited to say that this year is the first year it might just happen!
Chooks have their new big enclosure (well away from my veggies), seeds are starting to sprout and it is quite pleasant in the greenhouse away from the howling wind and rain!
The first of the broad beans poking through...
Courgettes starting to flower in the greenhouse...
Little Chef's very own veg patch with all three bean plants growing...
Strawberry plants looking healthy...
Blueberry bush starting to flower...
If everything manages to grow this year I will have plums, pears, rhubarb, gooseberries, strawberries, raspberries, tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, chillies, lettuce, spinach, potatoes, peas, broad beans, cauliflower, garlic, beetroot, pak choi...the list goes on...
