By day I am a Documentation Manager, by night I am usually found in the kitchen conjuring up wheat-free meals.
My motto in the kitchen is "If I can't eat it I don't make it" hence how this blog started. I am wheat intolerant, the rest of the family aren't however as a family of six I refuse to make different meals so everyone tends to eat wheat-free.
I love taking traditional recipes and tweaking them so that I can eat them.
In 2011 I was a contestant on Britain's Best Dish and won my heat with a gluten-free desert that I designed, something I am very proud of as it proves free-from wheat does not equal free-from flavour.
My goal is to write a family friendly gluten-free cookbook, in fact to be precise probably a baking book (my heart lies in all things sweet). This would be packed with all the things I love make and my family loves to eat.
If you would like help with a recipe please feel free to leave a message.
I hope you enjoy this blog as much as I enjoy writing it.
Happy Cooking!
