Chocoholics Dream!

I made the decision to use Green & Blacks chocolate in my BBD recipe because not only does it taste amazing, I agree with the ethics of the company and the white, milk and dark are certified gluten free. It's great when companies go to the effort to state this on their website, it makes sourcing ingredients so much easier. 

The problem with practising the dish so much is the cost as the 100g bars are £2.09 each. I decided to contact G&B, explain my predicament and ask for a few samples. I was not disappointed! A parcel arrived yesterday with a whopping 1.8kg of chocolate!




 Included was some cook's chocolate which I have never used before. I am excited to use it, both in my BBD creation and in some new recipes.
