The best bit about working on a Tuesday is getting home and enjoying a lovely meal prepared by Paul. He is an experimental cook in the kitchen, rarely follows a recipe and his meals are always yummy.
I arrived home tonight to find Faye already tucking into tea and a wonderful aroma in the kitchen. The meal was so delicious I had to pinch the recipe and add it to my post.
