Silly Sausage...

I was making a chicken casserole and I often throw in a few sausages to bulk it out a bit (it's not cheap feeding six!). I usually buy normal sausages and I just stick to eating the chicken. 

Whilst in Asda I popped a packet of sausages in the basket that were just a £1. 'They'll do' I thought to myself.

It wasn't until I was home cooking and about to put the empty wrapper in the bin that the words 'coeliac association' caught my eye. It turns out that Asda pork sausages are gluten free and this is not advertised on the front of the packaging, so you don't have to pay the usual hiked up prices for sausages anymore!
