Where have the weeks gone?
OK, so maybe this recipe challenge is a bit trickier than I thought! If I'd tried it a few years ago (back in the days when I followed recipes to the letter) then it may have been easier, but the 'chuck it all in and not measure' approach is so much easier (and sometimes more fun). Maybe I have been lucky, or maybe I am actually getting good enough to just go with my instinct, but following a recipe can now perhaps be a bit of a bind. I am not saying I don't look at my books (have to justify why I have a whole bookcase of them in the living), it's just they are used more for inspiration than instruction. In fact I love my books and would miss them dearly if I didn't have them.
I did follow a cracking recipe last weekend (thanks Mr Ramsey and your travels to the Far East) and the post will follow soon...
