Bit out of sync here as I didn't get around to posting after tea last night. On the menu was chicken kebabs in a yoghurt, lemon & coriander marinade, with couscous (for the wheat0eaters) or quinoa (for the non-wheat eaters). Spiced the quinoa up with some beans, tinned tomotoes and fresh chilli. It was a bit sludgey but tasted great.
Leftover lemon drizzle cake for desert!
All was a bit hit, kids and adults alike :-)
