Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes 36  

Ingredients 

2 1/4 cups plain GF flour 
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
250g butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips

 
Method 

1. Preheat oven to 180oC
2. Put flour, cocoa, bicarb soda and cinnamon in a bowl and mix until combined.
3. Put butter and sugar in another bowl. With an electric mixer set on high, beat together until creamy.
4. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
5. Add flour mixer and stir until combined, then add the chocolate chips.
6. Scoop up a large rounded teaspoon of the dough and drop onto a baking sheet. Leave about 1 inch between cookies because they spread as they bake.
7. Bake for around 10mins. Leave on tray for a few minutes before transferring onto a wire rack to cool.
8. Enjoy!
