Tea was yum, making curry is a breeze :-) I will post the recipe soon.
Going for a posh tea tonight, I am on the starter and desert, Paul is making the main course.

Pan fired scallops with lime and coriander
Grilled hake with spring onion mash and morel mushroom sauce
Lemon drizzle cake
These are recipes we have chosen from various website, no doubt they will be adapted a little here and there.
The hake and scallops are from a fantastic little fishmongers at the bottom of Broughton Street (not the more pricey one at the top). The scallops are huge!
The lemon drizzle cake is wheat and gluten free and uses mashed potato instead of flour! I am looking forward to tasting it. The potato is on the windowsill cooling at the moment.
Will give feedback later...as they are not my recipes I will be giving it marks out of ten :-)
