Very (well almost) organised this morning, got kid's friends coming for tea so I have enlisted the help of the slow cooker. A giant sausage and chickpea casserole is bubbling away as I write. Not sure what it will taste like as it is a completely made up recipe, but I will let you know later.
I will add the recipe (maybe not try it until I have commneted on how it tastes)
...in fact I will get the kids to mark it out of 5 (oh the pressure is on!!!)
